CG Corporation Company Limited (CG) signed a contract with Huali to sell 133 rai of land in CPGC Industrial Estate, Rayong Province.

On June 19, 2023, CG Corporation Co., Ltd (CG) held its first contract signing ceremony of land purchase in CPGC Industrial Estate Project between CG and Estival (Thailand) Co., Ltd, which marked an incredible milestone for CG in its industrial estate investment journey. As the first company builds its local presence in CPGC, Estival (Thailand) Co., Ltd, a subsidiary of Taizhou Huali New Materials Co., Ltd (Huali Floors) from China, plans to set up a manufacturing factory in CPGC Industrial Estate to produce high-quality PVC floor by using cutting edge technology and expects to start production in 2025 with annual capacity of 33.9 million square meters. It was truly a great honor for CG to be partners with HUALI floors on this internationalization journey. We believe that this memorable collaboration will help enhance CG’s commitment to contribute to “Thailand 4.0”, a value-based economy development plan of Thailand driven by innovation.
